Terms of Service

Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using Dubai Gmail Automation ("the Service", "the Application"). By connecting a Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or private mailbox to the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Dubai Gmail Automation provides automated business email ingestion, financial data extraction (UAE Tax Invoices, TRNs, 5% VAT), and outbound communication services for commercial enterprises in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Authorized Use

You represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized representative of your corporate organization with the authority to connect designated company mailboxes.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful activities, spamming, bulk unsolicited marketing, or violating UAE telecommunication and data regulations.
• You will keep your API credentials, client secrets, and access tokens confidential and secure.

3. Email Access & Google Compliance

Our access to Google user data is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. We only access data necessary to provide invoice extraction, notification dispatch, and authorized email sending features.

4. Availability & Support

We endeavor to provide continuous 24/7 service availability. Periodic maintenance windows or service upgrades may occur with advance notice. Technical support is available via support@yourdomain.com.

5. Termination & Suspension

Clients may terminate their connection at any time by disconnecting mailboxes or requesting account cancellation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use policies, fail to settle invoices, or cause security vulnerabilities.
